Contracted to manage Panache's redundant stock on eBay. I project managed the launch on eBay in April 2020 and am responsible for:

Creating the listings
Managing customer service
Dealing with all site issues
Running promotions and sales inline with the business needs
Liaising with directors and senior management
On-going advise

Kukoon Rugs

Contracted to train senior staff and help them improve their business on eBay. This was a two day course that included, how to create listings, the necessity of Item specifics, effective titles and keywords. The team really enjoyed the two days and were excited and inspired to change and grow.

SKU Sales

Contracted to sell over 300K of stock that had been stored in the warehouse for over 10 years.

Responsible for:

Re-working the entire shop on eBay
Fixing all the errors
Managing customer service
Liaising with directors and senior management
Providing advise

This contract is on hold due to selling all the stock. SKU will re-engage with me once more stock becomes available
